(NEW YORK) — A crewman aboard an education boat docked in Brooklyn has been charged with sexually assaulting a fellow crewmember, The Brooklyn Paper reported. Police say the 18-year-old male suspect assaulted the 17-year-old female twice aboard Baylander, a decommissioned Navy boat docked at Pier 5. The vessel has been offering tours and serving as a training boat for the New York Harbor School.
