(ST. MAARTEN) — A Carnival cruise ship is stuck at a Caribbean port because of power generation problems, Reuters news service reported. Carnival Dream is experiencing power outages and some malfunctioning toilets, according to passenger reports. The captain announced that at least one generator that controls propulsion is having a problem.
