(BEVERLY, Mass.) — A tugboat stalled and ran into a bridge fender, the Beverly Citizen newspaper reported. The vessel was pulling another boat when it lost power and drifted. The accident delayed “T” train service while inspectors checked for any structural damage to the bridge.
