Bisso announces safety award winner

BISSO MARINE is proud to announce that Sean Coughlin is the winner of the inaugural BISSO MARINE SAFETY AWARD DRAWING. Mr. Coughlin was selected from a pool of 166 eligible employees. To be eligible for the drawing, an employee must be employed by the Company for the entire calendar year without having had an accident, safety infraction, negative performance review, or disciplinary write-up. Mr. Coughlin was given the choice of selecting a new  Mako 1901 bay boat with a 150hp engine; a new Nitro Z-7 bass boat with a 150hp engine, or a new Toyota Tundra V8 double cab pick-up truck.

Mr. Coughlin, an Assistant Salvage Master and Diving Supervisor, has been a valuable member of the BISSO MARINE TEAM since 2004.

“I am extremely proud to present this award to Sean and am equally proud of all the BISSO MARINE employees.  As a company, BISSO MARINE has worked very hard to continue raising the safety standards and expectations bar.•bCrLf  That hard work resulted in a 33% reduction in BISSO MARINE’s 2008 Total Recordable Incident Rate.
