(GALVESTON, Texas) — Hurricane Gustav has caused at least two cruiseships to divert to alternative ports in the Gulf of Mexico, USA Today reported. Two Carnival vessels are now planning to call at Progreso, Mexico, instead of Cozumel. One is on a cruise out of Galveston, while the other departed Mobile, Ala. Other ships are expected to be impacted as the storm moves deeper into the Gulf.
