(NEW ORLEANS) — St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Department personnel have recovered the body of the tugboat Captain Curtis crewman at approximately 4:00 p.m. today in Afchafalaya Bay, ending the Coast Guard search.
Kerry Rodrique, 44, went missing at approximately 2:45 a.m. Thursday near Afchafalaya Bay. Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans crews conducted multiple air searches with its HH-65C rescue helicopter after Coast Guard Sector New Orleans received the initial report at approximately 3:25 a.m. Thursday.
