Barge

(PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla.) — A barge that broke from its tow and beached at St. Andrews State Park remained there Thursday after an effort to remove it failed, NWF Daily News reported. A line snapped Wednesday afternoon when a tug tried to pull the barge from the beach. Efforts were set to resume Friday morning when the tide is higher.
