(SEATTLE) — Seattle Maritime Academy has opened a new 24,000-square-foot facility that features full-mission bridge and engine room simulators, the Ballard News-Tribune reported. The academy held a christening ceremony last week that was attended by maritime industry professionals, educators and state dignitaries.
