(SAN FRANCISCO) — The web news site Business Insider took a tour of the Maritime Administration reserve fleet at California's Suisun Bay. The visit included ship's rusting decks, living quarters frozen n time and cluttered offices. All of the remaining ghost ships in that location will be dismantled and removed by 2017.
