(STURGEON BAY, Wis.) — The tugboat Leigh Ann Moran and the barge Mississippi were christened Tuesday at Bay Shipbuilding Co., the Green Bay Press Gazette reported. The articulated tug-barge is owned by Moran Towing Corp., which is leasing the ATB to Chevron. The tug is named after the wife of longtime Chevron employee Bill Engibous.
