(NEW ORLEANS) — Harvey Gulf International Marine is entering the shipbuilding business by acquiring Gulf Coast Shipyard and Trinity Yachts, The Advocate reported. Harvey Gulf said it has created a new affiliated company, Harvey Shipyard Group, to manage its shipbuilding assets. The purchase price was not disclosed.
