(BALTIMORE) — A pickup truck being used to help tether a cargo ship's lines was accidentally winched into the water Saturday at the Port of Baltimore, The Baltimore Sun reported. The incident occurred as MSC Ilona was preparing to head out to sea. There was a miscommunication and Ilona's crew didn't realize the truck was still connected, police said. The driver escaped the vehicle before it was pulled into the water.
