BAYONNE, N.J. — A tugboat crewman was missing after falling off a ladder at a berth in Bayonne, and authorities say searchers have found a dead body in Kill Van Kull, television station WCBS reported. The 55-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y., man was a crewmember with American Petroleum Transport, and the tug was delivering an empty barge at International Matex Tank Terminals when he slipped and fell 10 feet off a ladder while transferring from the barge. A body was located Saturday night, but authorities have not confirmed the body's identity.
