(CHESTER, Ill.) — Salvage crews raised a sunken towboat Friday on the Mississippi River south of Chester, The Randolph County Herald Tribune reported. The tug Maverick, owned by KC Marine Services, flooded and sank Sept. 18. The two crewmembers were rescued by the towboat Hortense B. Ingram on the night of the sinking.
