(HALIFAX, Nova Scotia) — Irving Shipbuilding is suing Davie Shipyard, alleging that a former Irving project manager took important information with him when he took a job at Davie last spring, CBC News reported. Irving first sued Jared Newcombe, a senior manager and an employee of 24 years, claiming he transferred confidential information to Davie. The Quebec shipyard was added as a defendant in the suit Monday.
