(ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland) — An apparent electrical fire broke out aboard an offshore supply vessel near Newfoundland, the Telegram newspaper reported. The small fire occurred on the Atlantic Raven, which was transporting 13 workers from an oil platform. A crewmember extinguished the fire.
