Days before Kulluk grounding, Aiviq had propulsion failure

(KODIAK, Alaska) -- A conical drill ship ran aground near Kodiak Island, Reuters news service reported.  A line attaching Kulluk broke two days after its crew of 18 were evacuated by the Coast Guard because of a storm. It was being towed by the new vessel Aiviq, which experienced a loss of propulsion on Friday.
