Cruise-ship tender with 93 passengers runs aground near Bar Harbor

(BAR HARBOR, Maine) — About 100 passengers were thrown from their seats when a cruise ship tender ran aground near Bar Island, the news website fenceviewer.com reported. One passenger in the accident said the crew did not assist the passengers, who were being shuttled from the Celebrity Summit during low tide and low visibility. A pilot boat and whalewatching boat evacuated the occupants.
