(RAINIER, Ore.) — A body found in the Columbia River has been identified as the crewman who fell off a sternwheeler last week, the St. Helens Chronicle newspaper reported. Andre Staples had been missing since falling off the stern of Queen of the West on Aug. 7. Staples, 35, was from Birmingham, Ala.
