(ST. LOUIS, MO –October 10, 2007) Dan Proctor has joined Ross & Baruzzini, Inc., as Vice President of Client Solutions and Consulting. Based in New York, Proctor will focus on developing homeland security solutions and business relationships in the Critical Infrastructure and Continuity of Government markets of transportation and government, particularly along the eastern seaboard.
Protor has more than 27 years experience in design and management in the security industry and has extensive
experience re-engineering, consolidating, optimizing and successfully leading business units. Prior to joining Ross & Baruzzini, Proctor served 20 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer.Dave Kipp, a Senior Vice President at Ross & Baruzinni said, “Increasingly, clients recognize that solutions to tough security challenges go well beyond traditional approaches – they involve domain awareness, operational process improvement and intergovernmental cooperation.
