Calhoon MEBA to host 2nd Annual International Maritime eLearning Symposium

The 2nd Annual International Maritime eLearning Symposium will be hosted at the campus of the Calhoon MEBA Engineering School in Easton, MD. The Conference begins on July 20th with half and full-day workshops, followed on July 21st and 22nd by the Symposium Keynote, Presentations and Exhibits, and will conclude with our special Keynote Speaker at a getaway Breakfast Buffet on Friday morning, July 23rd. The conference will bring Shipping Company Executives, Maritime Regulators, Training Administrators, and Faculty from around the world to discuss and experience the latest trends and technologies in eLearning for the maritime industry.

Last year’s attendees learned the current state of maritime training online and were able to network with other training providers and shipping executives in an open atmosphere of information exchange. “The Conference was fantastic!  So well organized, and well presented†– Kristian Spence, Sr. Manager Nautical Operations, Cruise West. “Very well done program,….Nice jobâ€, Erik Seither, DNV.

All this while you enjoy the hospitality of the Tuesday Conference Reception Dinner, a Wednesday Evening Cruise on the Miles River to an Eastern Shore Crab Feast, and the Thursday Night Fiesta Banquet.
