New Hampshire cruise boat Heritage to operate on soy biofuel

(PORTSMOUTH, N.H.) — The Portsmouth Harbor Cruises vessel Heritage is now running partially on soybean-based biofuel, the newspaper Foster’s Daily Democrat reported. The owner says the biofuel is better for older engines because it has lubricating properties. The 60-foot Heritage was built in 1963 and carries 49 people.
