(WASHINGTON) — The Coast Guard today released its Marine Safety Performance Plan. It’s a five-year plan to address deficiencies in vessel inspections and investigations, through fiscal 2014. The report specifies the need to improve service to mariners and address human-resources needs to get the job done.
