Fire engulfs tugboat at Corpus Christi port: WITH VIDEO

 

Captain reported flash fire in engine room after pushing fuel barge

(9/28/2008)
(CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas) -- A raging fire destroyed a tugboat in Rincon Channel, the television station KRIS reported. The Carrie had just pushed a fuel barge from Ingleside into the channel when a flash fire was discovered in the engine room.
