Coast Guard: Tug, barge involved in fatal pleasure boat capsizing

(HAMPTON, Va.) -- The Coast Guard said a tugboat and barge were involved in a fatal boating accident, the Virginian-Pilot newspaper reported. One man died when an 18-foot pleasure boat capsized.
