(SAN FRANCISCO) — A federal judge has rejected an appeal from a San Francisco Bar Pilot involved in the Cosco Busan oil spill disaster, the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper reported. The pilot will serve 10 months in federal prison, per his original sentence.
