Clipper Pacific cruise passengers remain stranded at Tampa

(TAMPA. Fla.) — While their beleaguered cruise ship undergoes repairs, 675 Japanese passengers are stranded at Tampa, the St. Petersburg Times reported. The vessel Clipper Pacific is having its hull repaired at Tampa Bay Shipbuilding and Repair. During a recent stop in New York, Coast Guard inspectors found a hole in the hull and 60 other safety problems.
