(EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio) — A body pulled from the Ohio River this week has been positively identified as the Campbell Transportation deckhand who recently fell off a barge, the Review newspaper of East Liverpool reported. Crew from the towing vessel Edison Queen spotted the body.
