OCEAN SERVICES EXPANDS OFFSHORE FLEET
85m X 18m DPII North Sea Construction Vessel Equipped With 200 Ton Crane.

SEATTLE, WASH. April 27, 2009 Ocean Services, a member of the Stabbert
Maritime Group of Companies has acquired the Ocean Carrier, an 85m X 18m
deep-water construction vessel in order to expand their commercial fleet.
This new asset marks Stabbert Maritime¹s strategic move toward deep-water
construction including ROV support, saturation dive support, and core
drilling operations.

The Ocean Carrier is currently under complete rebuild at Stabbert Maritime¹s
satellite yard in Houston, Texas. The refit consists of installing a new
Dynamic Positioning (DPII) Kongsberg control system, 200-ton crane, and high
end interior package. The Ocean Carrier is set for completion on July 15th.

Primary characteristics of the Ocean Carrier include open deck space of 850
square meters, total horsepower in excess of 12,000hp for running
propulsion, dynamic positioning, deep-sea construction equipment, and
accommodations for over 50. Special emphasis should be given to the
hydraulic pedestal crane with a hook height of 36.6m and lifting capacity of
200t on single part line.

Stabbert Maritime¹s holistic approach to vessel construction and operation
allows them to fully undertake the construction, repair and operation of
their vessels to better support their clients and the mission of the vessel.
The shipyard division of Stabbert Maritime, Stabbert Yacht & Ship, was
contracted to assist the refit and DP upgrades with Ocean Services taking on
the project oversight. At time of completion, the vessel will be moved into
the Stabbert Maritime Ocean Service¹s fleet and begin global operations to
worldwide clientele.
