(SALISBURY, Md.) — Maryland Eastern Shore mariners, including the Vane Brothers company, are calling for more federal funds to dredge waterways in the region, the Daily Times newspaper of Salisbury reported. The Delamarva Water Transport Committee has met to discuss the need for dredging the Wicomico River and Port of Salisbury area.
